On December 13, 2024, Better You Africa Initiative proudly hosted the much-anticipated YOLO (You Only Live Once) Youth Mental Awareness Concert. Held at Apartment 79 Park in Ikeja, the event brought together youth, mental health advocates, artists, sponsors, and community members to shed light on the importance of mental health and well-being for our youth.

Inspiring Performances: The concert featured electrifying performances from talented artists, spoken word poets, and dancers, all spreading messages of hope, resilience, and the importance of mental health awareness.

Impactful Talks: Renowned mental health advocates, psychologists, and motivational speakers graced the stage, sharing personal stories and practical tips for maintaining mental well-being.

Interactive Activities: Attendees participated in mental health resource sessions, interactive games, and mindfulness workshops, creating a supportive and engaging environment for all.
